3. Pricing & Charges

Design In 5 follows a transparent flat-rate pricing model.

Base Pricing

The base price applies to one standard design unit with one concept or variation, delivered within the standard timeline.

Examples of base pricing may include:

  • Graphic & Brand Design: Starts at $5 per design
  • Print & Packaging Design: Starts at $5 per design
  • E-commerce Design: Starts at $7 per design
  • UI/UX Design: Starts at $10 per page
  • Video & Animation: Starts at $10 per minute
  • Motion Graphics, VFX & CGI: Starts at $20 per minute
  • Digital Marketing Creative/Campaign Setup: Starts at $10 per campaign
  • Website, Software & App Development: Pricing depends on project scope

Final pricing may vary depending on complexity, required output formats, number of pages/screens, number of variations, delivery urgency, and special requirements.

4. What Is Included in One Design Unit?

A single design unit generally includes:

  • One design concept
  • One fixed size or format
  • Standard design execution
  • Basic visual refinement
  • One minor revision, where applicable
  • Final export in standard formats such as JPG, PNG, PDF, or MP4 depending on the service

A single design unit does not include multiple concepts, multiple sizes, complex custom illustration, advanced animation, source files, full brand strategy, or unlimited revisions unless clearly mentioned in the order.

5. Extra Variations

Additional variations are charged separately.

An extra variation may include:

  • A different layout option
  • A different color direction
  • A different design style
  • An alternate logo concept
  • A resized version for another platform
  • A new version with different content or copy

Extra variation charges are generally calculated as an additional percentage of the base price or as per the agreed project scope.

6. Rush Delivery Charges

Standard delivery timelines are defined according to the service category.

If a client requires faster delivery than the standard timeline, rush charges may apply.

Rush delivery depends on:

  • Current workload
  • Project complexity
  • Number of deliverables
  • Required delivery time
  • Availability of complete input from the client

Rush delivery is accepted only after confirmation from Design In 5.

7. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin only after:

  • Payment is confirmed
  • Complete project brief is received
  • Required content, copy, images, references, and brand assets are submitted
  • Final scope is clearly understood and accepted

Delays in providing required information, feedback, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.

Design In 5 will always try to deliver work on time, but delivery may be affected by technical issues, unclear briefs, delayed responses, force majeure situations, or major change requests from the client.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure fast and accurate delivery, the client must provide:

  • Clear project brief
  • Correct text/copy
  • Required dimensions or platform details
  • Brand logo, colors, fonts, or existing brand guidelines if available
  • Reference designs or style direction
  • Product images, raw files, or required assets
  • Any legal, compliance, or industry-specific information required for the design

Design In 5 is not responsible for delays, errors, or redesigns caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information provided by the client.

9. Revisions

Revisions are meant for minor improvements, not complete redesigns.

Minor revisions may include:

  • Text corrections
  • Small alignment changes
  • Minor color adjustments
  • Basic layout refinement
  • Small image replacement
  • Minor formatting correction

Major changes are charged separately. Major changes may include:

  • New design direction
  • New concept request
  • Complete layout redesign
  • Change in project size or format
  • New content after design completion
  • Change of brand direction after approval
  • Additional pages, slides, screens, or scenes

Revision requests must be submitted clearly and within a reasonable time after delivery.

10. Approval & Final Delivery

Once a design is approved by the client, the project will be considered completed.

After final approval, any further changes, edits, resizing, format conversion, or additional export requests may be charged separately.

Final files are usually delivered through email, cloud link, website dashboard, WhatsApp, or another agreed delivery method.

11. Source Files

Source files are not included by default in the base price.

Source files may include:

  • PSD files
  • AI files
  • Figma files
  • Canva editable links
  • After Effects project files
  • Premiere Pro project files
  • 3D files
  • Working development files

If the client requires source files, they must request them before or during the project. Additional charges may apply.

12. Payment Terms

Payment must be made before the project starts unless otherwise agreed.

For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be required.

Design In 5 may pause or cancel work if payment is delayed, incomplete, disputed, or not received.

All prices shown on the website may be subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will follow the pricing agreed at the time of order confirmation.

13. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the creative and time-based nature of design services, refunds are not provided once the work has started.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The project has not started
  • The service cannot be delivered from our side
  • Duplicate payment has been made by mistake

No refund will be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Rejected design after work has been completed as per brief
  • Delayed feedback from the client
  • Incorrect brief or incomplete information from the client
  • Requesting a completely new concept after design delivery
  • Project cancellation after work has started

If a project is cancelled midway, Design In 5 may charge for the work already completed.

14. Ownership & Usage Rights

After full payment is received, the client receives usage rights for the final approved design.

The client is responsible for checking whether the design, name, logo, tagline, or brand element is legally available for trademark, copyright, or commercial use.

Design In 5 does not guarantee trademark registration, copyright clearance, or legal ownership unless a separate legal verification service is specifically agreed.

Unused concepts, rejected designs, drafts, working files, and internal process assets remain the property of Design In 5.

15. Portfolio Usage Rights

Design In 5 reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, presentations, case studies, and marketing materials.

If the client wants the project to remain confidential, they must inform Design In 5 before the project begins.

Confidential or white-label work may require a separate agreement.

16. Third-Party Assets, Fonts, Stock Images & AI Tools

Design In 5 may use licensed assets, AI tools, stock resources, mockups, templates, fonts, plugins, or third-party creative tools to improve workflow and output quality.

The client is responsible for purchasing any premium licenses if required for commercial use and not already included in the project scope.

AI-generated or stock-based assets may be used only where suitable and ethically appropriate. Design In 5 does not claim exclusive ownership over third-party assets, stock images, fonts, or AI-generated base elements unless properly licensed and modified as part of the final creative output.

17. Content Responsibility

The client is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and approval of all content provided for the project.

This includes:

  • Text and claims
  • Pricing information
  • Product details
  • Contact details
  • Legal disclaimers
  • Medical, financial, or technical claims
  • Brand names and trademarks
  • Images, videos, and other media supplied by the client

Design In 5 is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided content.

18. Prohibited Work

Design In 5 reserves the right to refuse work related to:

  • Illegal activities
  • Hate speech
  • Violence or harmful content
  • Misleading advertising
  • Fraudulent business activities
  • Copyright infringement
  • Adult, abusive, or offensive material
  • Political, religious, or sensitive campaigns that may create ethical or legal concerns

Design In 5 may decline any project that does not align with its professional, ethical, or legal standards.

19. Communication Policy

All project communication should remain clear, respectful, and professional.

Clients are expected to provide consolidated feedback instead of sending repeated scattered changes. This helps maintain speed, accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

Delayed responses from the client may delay the project delivery.

20. Limitation of Liability

Design In 5 will make every effort to deliver high-quality creative work. However, we are not liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Loss of sales or revenue
  • Platform rejection of ads or creatives
  • Printing errors after client approval
  • Incorrect information provided by the client
  • Trademark or copyright disputes
  • Technical issues caused by third-party platforms
  • Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback

The maximum liability of Design In 5 is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
